Engine build details:
Mid 70's 010 casting 350 4 bolt main block with nodular main caps.
Line hone checked for size. Factory bolts on main caps, no studs.

Cylinders .020" over, .010" piston to deck clearance.
Factory cast iron crankshaft std/std. Eagle I beam 5.7" length connecting rods.

TRW / Speed Pro # 2256 forged 4 relief flat top pistons.
Moly ring gap set at .022" top, .025" second, normal tension oil control rings.
"DRC" Single pattern mechanical flat tappet camshaft,
276 advertised duration, 238 @ .050", .501" valve lift, 110 LSA advanced 4 degrees.
Crane 1.5 ratio roller rocker arms.

My low buck lifter tool for degreeing the cam was made from two used Chevy lifters.
I took the guts out and made a spud to go inside on the lathe.
I then pushed them together with some red loctite and popped it in the oven at 175* for an hour.
Z28 style windage tray with m55hv oil pump.
Fel pro gaskets and ARP head studs.
